Key Responsibilities

Access & Quality: Ensure timely access to cardiovascular services and implement efficient processes for consistent, high-quality care delivery.
Operations Oversight: Oversee the daily operations of cardiovascular departments, ensuring effective use of personnel, resources, and budgets.
Performance Improvement: Lead continuous quality improvement initiatives and promote evidence-based practices.
