RN Clinic Supervisor – Full-Time, On-Site

📍 Location: On-Site | 🕘 Schedule: Monday–Friday, Day Shift

Are you a Registered Nurse ready to step into a leadership role where you can make a real impact every day? We’re looking for a hands-on, people-first RN Clinic Supervisor to lead our clinic operations and support exceptional care delivery for every participant we serve.

About the Role

In this full-time, on-site role, you’ll lead a multidisciplinary care team—including RNs, LVNs, MAs, and Schedulers—and ensure the clinic runs smoothly, efficiently, and in full alignment with care and compliance standards. You’ll partner with leadership to improve workflows, support audits, and foster a culture of continuous growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily clinic operations, ensuring excellent patient care and team efficiency
  • Recruit, train, and mentor clinical staff while fostering collaboration and performance
  • Work with the Center Manager and Medical Director to optimize clinical processes
  • Coordinate interdepartmental communications for seamless service delivery
  • Serve as lead contact for CMS audits and quality assurance programs
  • Support performance metrics tracking and lead improvement initiatives
  • Oversee inventory management and ensure readiness of all medical equipment/supplies
  • Provide direct clinical support when needed (triage, assessments, etc.)
  • Implement staff scheduling systems and training programs
  • Drive professional development through ongoing coaching and team education

Qualifications

  • Active RN license (required)
  • Prior leadership or supervisory experience in a clinical setting
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Familiarity with CMS standards and audits is a plus
  • Passion for patient-centered care and staff development
