We are seeking a licensed Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to join a dynamic, patient-centered team delivering evidence-based therapy and medication management—all from the comfort of your home office. This full-time role is 100% remote, based in Washington State, and offers flexible scheduling to support a healthy work-life balance.
As a PMHNP, you’ll provide care to a diverse patient population while supported by a dedicated Health Navigator who manages patient engagement and logistical tasks, allowing you to focus on what matters most—clinical care.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver high-quality psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and therapy sessions
Provide evidence-based, compassionate care to a diverse group of patients
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including healthcare navigators and other clinicians
Maintain accurate clinical documentation in line with regulatory and quality standards
Schedule & Patient Load:
Fully Remote – work from your home office
Flexible scheduling to fit your lifestyle
15 appointments scheduled per day (minimum 10 face-to-face visits)
No in-person visits required

Requirements:
Active and unrestricted PMHNP license in the state of Washington
Master’s or Doctorate in Nursing with PMHNP specialization
At least one year of experience in psychiatric/mental health care preferred
Comfortable with telehealth platforms and remote care delivery
Strong communication and documentation skills
