Obstetrics/Gynecology Physician – Full-Time

Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Obstetrics/Gynecology Physician to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive care to female patients, manage reproductive health, deliver babies, and collaborate with staff to ensure high-quality, patient-centered care.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver the highest quality healthcare to female patients.

• Monitor patients throughout prenatal, natal, and postnatal periods.

• Conduct diagnostic tests and prescribe medications or treatments as needed.

• Deliver babies, ensuring safety of both infant and mother.

• Provide outpatient and in-hospital care.

• Manage cases involving chronic conditions and recommend further treatment when necessary.

• Ensure accurate and timely charting, documentation, and adherence to medical/administrative protocols.

• Collaborate with the Medical Director on patient management.

• Participate in clinic policy development and review.

• Support nursing staff and implement clinic procedures.

• Serve as a preceptor for medical and NP/PA students.

• Participate in staff meetings, daily team huddles, and contribute to clinic improvement.

• Facilitate audits to ensure compliance with State and Federal regulations.

• Rotate between health clinics as needed.

• Perform related duties as directed by the Medical Director.

Schedule & Shift Details

• Full-Time, Monday–Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM or 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

• On-Call: 5–6 days/month

• Weekend coverage possible
