Home Health Occupational Therapist – Full-Time (Somerset & Surrounding Areas)

Position Overview

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program (recognized by the AMA and AOTA)

  • Active Occupational Therapist license in the state of practice

  • Minimum 1 year of healthcare experience required

  • Valid driver’s license and ability to spend ~20% of the day driving between patient locations

  • Strong organizational and time management skills

  • Commitment to meeting documentation deadlines

  • Proficiency with tablets, mobile devices, and EMR systems


Schedule

  • Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

  • Light full-time (4 days/week) option available

  • No weekends, holidays, or on-call requirements
